TOC entries with black line
Anyone know what the black line means on my TOC entries?

Did you just upgrade to Windows 11? This happened to me after upgrading.
No idea what the deal is, probably some icon rending issue?

Happened to me with upgrading to Win11 too. Nothing seems to be broken; it's just rather ugly.
Icon "rending", eh? I've been tempted to do that!

Are you using 100% scale or something like 150% or 200% (common on high resolution monitors)?

Just for folk's info (I can live with this ugly artefact): my laptop screen plus two montors all on 100% scale and the recommended resolution and I get the weird diagonals.
