Difference Between FMCOpenHelp and MCOpenHelp

What's the difference between FMCOpenHelp() and MCOpenHelp()?

The only page that shows in search for FMCOpenHelp is this one. https://help.madcapsoftware.com/flare20 ... MCOpenHelp

MCOpenHelp doesn't show up at all, but there is the similar MadCap.OpenHelp in the "CSH calls for HTML5 Output" topic.

So at the least, the FMC version is for webhelp and webhelp plus output.
