Salesforce publish failed with Bad Request

We are trying to use the Madcap Connect for Salesforce plugin to publish our documentation to our Salesforce sandbox. We successfully authenticated and configured our destination file as it should be, but when we attempt to publish, it goes through nearly the entire process successfully but then fails at the end with the following error: "Publish failed: Bad Request"

Has anyone ever experienced this? Do you know what we need to do to fix it?
