Linked TOC not included in PDF

I had some issues with a topic which wasn't included in the PDF output. I was a bit desperate at some point, so I removed the linked TOC where the problematic was and relinked the TOC. I double checked with another TOC which has also the linked TOC, so that I have everything correct.
But now the topics from the linked TOC are not included in the PDF output anymore. I have no clue what happened.

I have to get this finished today, can please someone help?
