Chapter number vertical alignment issue
When creating a 2 TOC in a 2-column layout, the chapter and section numbers do not align whith the baseline of the entry, but align themselves in the middle vertically as soon as the entry covers two or more lines. How do I get the chaper numbers to align with the first baseline?
