CHM file opens straddling monitors

I've got a small .CHM help file that for users with multiple monitors opens half on one monitor and half on the other. I have not been able to find a reason for this. It does this consistently for all users on both Windows 10 and 11, whether the .CHM is opened natively or accessed through the software it's attached to.

I'm assuming there must be a setting somewhere that I can change to fix this . . .

Open the skin used by the HTML Help target, and check the Size tab.
You can set the window width/height, and its offset from the top/bottom/left/right; or use the Browser Default setting to remove these.

Also, on the HTML Setup tab, if you select Save user defined window position after first use, then it'll remember any changes the user makes to the size/position.

Yes, adjusting those settings in the skin was the first thing we tried as it seemed the most likely. The skin was already set to Browser Default, and changing those settings to custom values didn't help.

Any other ideas?
