Integration with Gen AI

Hi everyone,

I'm not entirely sure this is the right section to ask this question, but I'm trying anyway.
As part of a documentation team, we document and write for our knowledge base with Madcap.
Do you know of any valuable integration with Gen AI that we could implement to improve our writing and reviewing flow?

We would like to find something that could speed up our processes, like for example the automatic generation of templates, guidelines etc.

Central has an integration with ChatGPT but I don't know if they are planning on bringing it to Flare or Doc-To-Help eventually.

We have already tried Central, but it's not really what we are looking for, unfortunately.

Have you heard of MadBot? See: https://www.improvementsoft.com/docs/in ... bot-plugin

You need an OpenAI or Groq account to use it. (I am planning to try MadBot out as soon as I resolve an issue I'm having with my OpenAI login.)
