A similar topic was posted 6 years ago, but their fix is not my fix. I'm attempting to generate a Word document of a small project. I've generated Word docs before, but none in v20. The message I get is the "saving word output" one--for the past 30+ minutes. The Output folder shows it is still working on the XML. (Also wondering if Microsoft 365 v16 is compatible with v20 of Flare?)

When I have seen this happen it means Word is displaying a dialog box, but it is hidden behind other windows.

I just ran into the same problem for the first time today and there was indeed a hidden dialog box concerning a Microsoft Word Security Notice that I would not have seen unless I minimized everything else. Once I closed that window, the build completed normally.
