Add a "Download as PDF/Print Page" Button to Web Output?

Hi All!

I've been doing some toying with HTML/HTML5 outputs, and I was wondering if there's a way to include a "Download as PDF" or "Print This Page" widget/button to a web output page? I've seen a few posts about similar ideas, but nothing quite conclusive. I'm basically looking for something like a recipe blog where it has a widget that says "Print this recipe!" that will generate a printable from the page content.

Anyone have any ideas?

Assuming you're using side nav or top nav, you'll need to add a topic toolbar, probably to the template page so that it appears in all topics. If you don't want it in all topics, you can add the topic toolbar to individual topics as needed.

If you're using tripane then I think you can select the print button in the tripane skin.

You'll also need to do some work to the 'print' medium to hide elements that you don't want to print, like the side navigation and tweak the display of other elements to suit printing.
