Wondering if anyone has experience trying to publish to Salesforce Knowledge when your organization uses custom fields in Salesforce. I can publish categories to salesforce, but if our salesforce implementation has any other custom fields (we have one called “product” that is required) publishing to Flare either won't work or the record is rendered useless. Any thoughts on Salesforce integration with custom salesforce fields would be helpful.
