How to get the section title in page header

Postby siskamoens on Mon May 19, 2008 5:47 am

I would like to get the section title in the page header, so that a reader can tell from every page in the (Word) manual where he is.

e.g.: in the Word output the page header of the first section could be
"Admin Guide - User Management"
and in the next section
"Admin Guide - File Types"

where User Management and File Types are the resp. section titles.

I know you can do this in Word, but is there any way to automate this from within Flare by getting this information in the page header proxy on the Master Page?

Thanks!

Hmm, seems I missed the Running H/F variables topic in the Flare 3.1 Help. Sorry 'bout that.

Fabulous new feature, by the way! :-)
(I just upgraded from Flare 2.5)
