I attended one last year in New Jersey and it was worth it including the pain of filling out an expense report. These events are highly recommended even for those who are writing for decades.

I would agree - but also, when the tour ran last year Sharon wasn't with the company yet. Having Madcap's Framemaker expert included would make this tour even better (at least for those who deal with Frame or print....)
