Call out sick, take vacation, quit your job, fake your death, or just ask your boss, but make sure to attend one of these events. I attended one last year in New Jersey and it was worth it including the pain of filling out an expense report. These events are highly recommended even for those who are writing for decades.

I would agree - but also, when the tour ran last year Sharon wasn't with the company yet. Having Madcap's Framemaker expert included would make this tour even better (at least for those who deal with Frame or print....)
Until next time....

Awesome session. I saw the one two years ago and it influenced - nay - compelled me to start my blog about Flare and Adobe.

Highly recommended. Mike is always a great speaker. After all, he is the one who taught my RoboHelp class just six short years ago... ;-)
Thanks!
