Is there any way to get an "explorer" view of graphics with files/folders like we have in Flare for topics?

Welcome to the forums. The correct method to request new features it to fill out the feature request form, which is located here:

While MadCap staff do peruse the forums, the forums are mostly driven by customers and volunteer forum moderators (like myself) who are basically a group of vocal customers. Nope...no explorer view for Capture snapshots.
If you submit your bug feedback request here, the more likely it'll get fixed or included in a future release
