Adding a feedback button

Hello there,

I need to add a feedback button to my KB. I had a look around on the net and I have come across various scripts to insert in one own's website.

Would anyone know if there is a way to insert a feedback button from Flare? Also have you got any scripts that you would recommend?

You may want to take a look at MadCap's Feedback Server/Service. It basically does exactly what you want to do. The MadCap knowledge base uses this, so you might want to check it out there.
