Google Analytics in Masterpages?

Hi all

The instructions for google analytics says to put the javascript code immediately before the </body> tag on each page. However, I'd like to put it on the master page and not have to worry about editing every topic. Can you do that?

I would think so, just make sure you put it before the masterpage's </body> tag and not inside the bodyProxy tag.

Thanks for your response. I was about to respond - "but the masterpage doesn't have a </body> tag!", and that's when I realized what I'd done! I hadn't been opening the masterpage in the text editor. I was opening it in the viewer. DUH!
