Anybody else getting this? ...
1. Install X-Edit Review.
2. Received an Outlook email message with an X-Edit Contribute topic attached for my review.
3. Double-click the attachment and select Open for Review/Edit in X-Edit Review.
4. Error stating that X-Edit Review isn't installed:
5. Open X-Edit Review to verify that it is installed. It opens correctly, so I saved the file down to a folder and was able to open it in X-Edit Review.
Any ideas as to why the file won't open from within the email message and the MadCap dialog for opening incoming review items?
Derek

Re: X-Edit Not Installed error
Unfortunately I can't offer any suggestions on how to fix this, but (if it's any help) you're not alone. A few of us at my company are having the same issue.
Since we're in the same boat, I'll add my voice to your plea. Does anyone have an answer for us?

Short of the standard 'make sure you have the latest releases of the .NET frameworks' nothing springs to mind.
