I need to generate two outputs using the same content: a hardware installation manual and quick start guide. The manual is 8" x 11" and the quick start guide is a booklet that's 4.75" x 4.75". Within the installation manual, we include line drawings with each set of installation steps, but in the QSG we include a single large graphic that encompasses all of the steps. For the QSG output, I have conditionally tagged the individual graphics to be excluded, so that when the output is generated it should look like the following with no space between the sections:
Page 1:
Install the Lens
1. Ordered list.
2. Ordered list.
Install the Mounting Block
1. Ordered list.
2. Ordered list.
But when I generate the QSG output, the page breaks aren't correct. For example:
Page 1:
Install the Lens
1. Ordered list.
2. Ordered list.
<a bunch of white space>
Page 2:
Install the Mounting Block
1. Ordered list.
2. Ordered list.
<a bunch of white space>
Even though the graphics are tagged to be excluded, it’s almost as if Flare is still placing the page break after the graphic. Any ideas?
