How do I isolate Realationship Table rows?

How do I isolate Realationship Table rows?

I need to limit the number of actual links that appear in the webhelp output. How do I isolate the relationship table row entries so that they do NOT co-mingle with the entries in other rows. For example, in the same column, I have row one with entries a, b, c. Then in row two I have a, d, e. The entries comingle because entry a is in both rows.
