Linking help to Java app

I'm working with a new client who has never implemented context-sensitive help in an application. I've generated a header file for Java and sent it to the developer but he doesn't know what to do with it. Can anyone help?

Thanks, that's very helpful! I had not see that when I first checked the MadCap Flare help.

Now that I've read this, I'm wondering which is the preferred method?
