inserting header rows

HI ,
I have a 250 row table and would like to insert the header text after every tenth row. Is there a way to do this automatically. I tried table styles (pattern and repeat) without much success. Thanks.

In the Rows tab, click the top icon (New item), enter a name (we used Subhead), and select Custom from the Type dropdown. Then, set your Row Style Properties (we have identical font/background color to the Header).

In the table, select the tr block, right click and select your custom row from the Row style option.
