Remove header line

We imported projects from RoboHelp5 to MadCape 7. We create chm-help. In the RH5 projects we had header and footer line.
Now the header should be removed using MC7. Must we delete the header line(s) individually in each topic or do we have a chance to remove them at one time?

We imported from RoboHelp 5 where we created header and footer as parts of each topic. IN RH5 no masterpage was created and in McFlare 7 the masterpage is empty.

Since the headers are part of the topic you need to remove them from each topic. Is the header always the same? If yes, you can try a global search and replace (replace with nothing). Make a backup of the project first, never know what might go wrong.

We succeeded in removing without time consuming steps. The header (and the footer) are simply sippets. We started in a project with the deletion and chose update links. The topic headers were converted to "bad or missing snippet". In other projects we chose not to update and succeeded.
