Automatically create a glossary from htm files

Hi.
I have a set of html files in my Flare content, all begin with GE_xxxx.htm is there some _easy_ way to build a glossary from them (other than individually)?

once the glossary is created .... does it reside in an text editable file (so I could edit it directly to add / delete /modify an entry)?

I did find that the .... myglossary.flglo file is created as the glossary can be edited with a text editor or script etc.
