Alias Files

I've figured out how to create an Alias File with automatically assigned Topic IDs, or what Flare calls "Value". So far so good.

However, I need to create a text file which simply shows the ID/Value and the relative path to each Topic.

The information is obviously in the Header Alias files, and I could "fudge it".

But is there any way within Flare to generate this?

You can generate a report that gets that info, but it is still a bit of a fudge.
Project Explorer > Reports > right-click and Add Report File ... > Choose CSH report.
I usually open the generated output in a browser and copy/paste to Word or some text editor where I can get the format I want.
