Project update in Lingo 5

I want to include selected files in the Lingo project for sending out for translation. I noticed that Project Update command in Lingo 5 includes all the changed and new files for creating a translation bundle.
Does any one know how to create a Lingo translation bundle of selected files from the Flare project?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
