We are currently seeking a Senior Documentation Specialist to work within the Healthcare Informatics group. This group supports our Informatics and Technology Services group. The purpose of this job is to develop and deploy product documentation including online help, user guides, and release notes. This position will interpret Clinical Informatics and other Business Intelligence-related subject matter and extract information from internal stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. This position will interpret functional specifications, discuss a product or service with the project team, extract the information and transform that information in a manner that will facilitate the end user taking full advantage of the product. The position will also provide mentoring and guidance to other documentation specialists and provide recommendations on new tools. This position will collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams that include but are not limited to Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, and Technical Product Managers to ensure that the documentation and online help include all the necessary information and are deployed successfully.
