I have a target that I use to generate Word files from my various TOCs. The normal output for these TOCs is WebHelp but occasionally someone wants to see a Word file.
The target very happily outputs 4 of the 5 TOCs with no problem. The fifth, which is of course the one I need, fails with the following message:
Master TOC is empty? The Master TOC field on the target is obviously not empty, nor is the TOC specified in that field. It generates a small but well-behaved help set.
Any ideas?

Are the items on the TOC conditioned, and is the print target excluding those condition(s)?
