How do you translate the Screen Tips defined in a hyperlink's properties?

Screen tips are included in the Lingo list of segments and will be included in the bundle. Or, are you not using Lingo?
In case it is helpful, I use variables for popup text. In this way I can easily get the text translated outside Lingo (as well as run it through a spell checker). The "Tip" text is also a variable.
