Contributor "Return to Sender" mail config?

Hello,
Currently using Flare 8 and latest version of contributor. We are using contributor as a reviewer only, not as a contributor. I sent Flare topics to a coworker with contributor installed. He opened, reviewed, and made some comments. When he clicked on Return to Sender he got the message that a return e-mail wasn't specified. He can't find a means of specifying said email either. Is there a way? Shouldn't it know the email address of the person that sent it (e.g. me)? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
