I need to be able to merge Flare projects in TFS so that I can work on different versions of the documentation. After some initial problems with mappings, we got a Flare project to bind with TFS and everything appeared to function correctly. However when our TFS expert moved the project within TFS to a more suitable location for merging, Flare then failed to find the new location. Out TFS expert tells me that this means I cannot use Flare with TFS for creating multiple versions of projects as Flare will not be able to find the mappings for the various versions

Are we doing something wrong? Is there a way around this? If anyone can help me here I would be most grateful.
