Autogenerate report file?

Hi, all
New to Flare, Analyzer and family...
Is there any way to kick off report file generation from the command line?
We're building help from the command line & would like to do the same for the report file, to automate our help build....anyone? I saw the batch file option for generating a list of files, but we need a file that maps file names to topic titles for our processes....
