WebHelp Plus example with documents.
WebHelp Plus example with documents.
Can anyone provide a link to a a webhelp plus example that incorporates documents in its search? Or provide a screen shot of the results? I am speaking along then lines of having PDF files included in the search and displaying the search results. Is there a signifying element that discloses the result as a PDF?

Dear jcoria,
Are you still looking for an answer to this question?
I have just now with the help of our senior IT guy gotten this to work successfully and it is up and running for the first time this morning. As for your question about results, I have found that Excel and PDF show up in the Search results list just as regular HTML results do. For some reason my Excel files show up with the file extension, but the PDF file I put in AutoSearch does not include the file extension in the results list. It does open properly however.
Just including the basics here to find out if you still need info. I may not be able to answer all questions since I relied a lot on help from IT to set it up but please feel free to address questions to me and I will help in whatever way I can. I have found that the online help's WebHelp Plus FAQ topic contained a lot of helpful information too.
