VSS - import project w/ checked out (box uncheck though)

OK twice in a row.

VSS installed on a 2003 Server
On a client machine open project off another server and bind to VSS with no issues.
On client machine close Flare and then reopen.
File > import project from source control w/ check box for check out unchecked and all imported with no issues.
After looking at project all files were imported checked out.
And then had to check them all back in to correct.

Anyone else?

Cheers,
Kirk

On the last screen of the import wizard there's a check box Check out project files. If you have that ticked, it'll check out the files.

But I guess the next question is why are you importing a project twice on the same PC?

Thanks. Box was UNCHECKED which led to my post. Going to try another machine later to see if it's repeatable.

Orig. source is on server #1, VSS is on server #2, and Flare requires projects be bound to VSS via Flare. So someone has to bind project to VSS before it can be used by group. So after binding from client, source is still on server #1, VSS on server #2, and client (laptop) has to import project so it has local working directory that is tied to VSS that it can travel with.
