Drop-Down Text: Expand All in WebHelp by Default?

Drop-Down Text: Expand All in WebHelp by Default?

I noticed that for WebHelp targets anything within Drop-Down Text tags is collapsed by default. This is fine for one of our help systems but not another. We would like the text to be expanded by default instead. Is there any way to change the default for this in MadCap?

I've search all over for an answer to this and the closest I could get to an answer was this old forum post. That post doesn't really address my issue though. :(

Help? Anyone? Beuller?

Edit: I should add that we don't want to do this just for Print purposes (like the other post), this is for Online viewing purposes only.

For those that share a similar issue, I also found these forum posts:

(REALLY useful, but alas not what I'm looking for per se)

display all toggles when page loads

(Not inserting Toggler... in my case, but Drop-Down Text)
