Changing the size of the movie

Hi, I'm new to mimic so excuse my Newby questions.

I've been working on a software simulation for one of our products. The product runs in full screen (1024x768). When I record using "record application" mode, it records everything in 1024x768. Having a movie of this size becomes a problem later on when potential clients with smaller screens view the movie.

Is there a way to change the size of the entire movie after export? before export? I noticed when I change the movie size after recording, all the components of the recording will be off. How can I avoid this and at the same time change the movie export size?

I've also noticed that when I resize the project, the images in the frames becomes pixelated. I believe this is due to the .bmp file format in which the screen was captured. Is there a way to change the screen capture formats?
