Internal error: Stack Empty

I'm running Flare v.5.01. My target is PDF.
I received the following error: "Internal error: Stack empty."
Since this error doesn't point me to a problem topic, and I can't even save the log file, this error message doesn't help me.

I tried rebooting, thinking it might be memory issues.
While building a second (and third) time I got the same error.
I tried my WebHelp target, and it ran perfectly. No reported errors of any kind.

Any ideas on what typically causes this? If I can find out, I may be able to isolate the problem topics.

My docs ship in a week, so I'm kind of eager to resolve this.

One thing to try is building a PDF using the sample project and see if that works. If it does it is related to your project. Did the PDF for your project build fine before?
Since you are really in a time crunch, I recommend you contact MadCap support and have them take a look at the project. They are very good at hunting down issues and give you specific tips.
