Adding <scope> table tag to Frame files for Flare

I'm single-sourcing a FrameMaker 7.2 book with Flare 5.0.1 to create Web Help.

Is there a way to add some sort of marker to a Frame table so that a [scope] tag is included in the table? Maybe a scope marker?
