error message

Hi All,
I have been having a problem opening my table stylesheets in Flare. I have two. One is for field definitions and the other is for decision tables. Anyway when I try to open them for the first time I get the following error message:

Failed to run command "Open"
Exception:
Invoke or BeginInvoke cannot be called on a control until the window handle has been created.

What happens then is I get a blank grey panel with the name of the css in the tab. I cannot close this item. What I have to do is shut Flare down completely and reopen. When I do this the stylesheet is now properly displayed.

Any ideas as to what is happening?

I've seen this before... I think I solved it by resetting the Windows Layout. It's worth a go, select Window > Layouts > Reset Window Layout. This restores your windows layout to the factory setting so you may have some dragging around to do!

Yes it does fix the strange open tab, but it is not a very graceful way of Flare telling us that the XML in that topic is not 100%, which unfortunately will be the case often when importing topics from elsewhere. I found that using the internal text editor prevents it from happening. That way, you can at least edit the topic to make the XML right.
