C Sharp and WPF with WebHelp

Hello,
I cannot find any information on how to connect WebHelp when development is using C Sharp to deliver UI pages in WPF.
I thought that I have to give him a Header file, but we cannot find anything in Flare Help about C Sharp. My developer says he does not use a Header file, and if we could generate one, how would he call it? Can anyone provide any clues on how we can make this work? Thanks so much, Julie

Flare would create a header file for you, and give that to your develoiper, your developer should be able to pass a URL
