Can I open TOC item in new new browser?

We are going to have two or three separate projects that we'll merge together into one help build. One of the projects contains information that we would rather have open up in a new browser window when you click on one of those TOC items, instead of the same window as the Help window you select it from. Is there any way to do this? I don't see any properties that I can set that sound like it will open in a new window.
