Translating "Related Topics"

I am translating my WebHelp to Japanese and the "Related Topics" button just won't translate. For some reason it translates fine for the .chm, but not for the WebHelp. Anybody?

I have changed the word "Related Topics" in the skin. I have changed the MadCap |Related Topics stylename mc-label to Japanese in the stylesheet.

Frustrating!

As a work around, I got rid of the text from the skin and the stylesheet and created a bitmap with the Japanese term for the WebHelp. It doesn't make sense that the "Related Topics" would translate for the .chm and not the WebHelp, but you can only beat your head against a wall so many times...
