How to tell which figures are used in a project?

Hello all:

I have several graphics files that are used in my project and would like to know specifically which are used and which are not (and would like to move the unused ones out of the project).

I know that you can use Project Analysis to tell which topic files are not used in any TOC.

Is there any to tell which figure files are not used at all?

Thanks for any help.

Easy to do.

In the Project Organizer, right-click the Reports folder and select Add Report File. From the list of factory templates, I suggest you select All Unused Items.

On the list of things that you can include in a report, you'll see that "Unused Image" has been selected, as well as some other options. Just clear the check boxes you're not interested in.

When ready, click Generate. That will get you a list of the unused images.

Thanks, Nita! I wasn't even aware of the Reports functionality. It's very helpful.

I'm also happy I've found this information, because I've totally forgotten about it and many times using Alalyzer takes too much time just to find out about the unused images.
