Custom Toolbar Item in WebHelp

Can someone point me in the right direction for adding a custom icon to the WebHelp toolbar. I've done it before, but can't for the life of me remember what I did. Something in the Skin Editor I expect. I'll keep looking ... Thanks.

Right area -- it's in the skin editor. Specifically, go to Styles, expand ToolbarItem, click Add Class, and go from there.
