I am a newbie to Flare. I am importing existing RoboHelp projects and have hit a snag with images.
The RoboHelp projects I have to work with are somewhat untidy, with images floating about everywhere. So, after importing the project into Flare, I create a resources\images folder and drag the images into the folder. The Link Update dialog appears and I click Update Links. This worked fine with the first couple of smaller projects. The links are updated and images appear correctly in the topics.
I have now moved to a slighly bigger project with more .htm files and more images, and the process no longer works. I move the images, click the Update Links button in the dialog, and Flare seems to think I have successfully updated topic.
However, the topics are still looking at the old image location (now empty) and I see a grey 'Missing image' box instead of the image?
Any suggestions what I am doing wrong?
Tina

Were you able to fix this issue? We are having the same problem when renaming images, the links are not updating even when the Update Links button is selected.
Re: Imported images - cannot update links after moving
Any feedback on this? I am experiencing a similar problem. I also clicked the Update Links, and when I hover over the "Missing file" in any of my topics, the file directory listed is the correct new location. So why does it think the image is missing?
