Hi,

At the moment i am currently trying to use source control within a project in Flare, i have tried several methods;

- Binding my current project to Synergy
- Placing all my Flare project files in synergy and then importing them using the 'Import from source control wizard'

Both of these methods throw up the following error messgae:

"the workspace/project you want to add to ibm rational synergy is not uner the work area path 'C:\...'.
Add to source control is not supported.
Please see the data migration and project setup sections in the user guide for details."

The steps i am taking prior to recieving this message are:

- "Import Project from Source Control Wizard" and "Project Properties > Source Control"
- Source Code Control Plug-in
- Provider: Synergy
- Project File: 'select project file from drop down list'

After attempting to select the project file from a drop down list the message shown above is generated.

has anybody else seen this before and/or know what may be causing the problem?

Thanks in advance
