Flare to S1000D

Good morning. My company currently uses Flare to produce the majority of our web help manuals. Our customer would like us to follow the S1000D standard in the source files that we deliver. Is there a way to convert a Flare project to the S1000D standard. We would like to continue to use Flare as our authoring software.
