Post by benjimenez »

Please help! I'm trying to install a trial version of 6.1. Attached is the error. I'm on Windows XP SP 3, .NET 3.5 SP 1. Thanks!

Did you try downloading the installer again? If yes, did you make sure that it finished downloading?

Hmmmm....that is indeed odd. Do you have enough drive space left? Do you have a real-time virus scanner running, if yes, any chance to have that turned off for testing? What do you use for downloading the installer package?
Maybe you can ask support to send you a link to a download location where you can grab the individual files.

I will try to resinstall after trying each of these items.
1. Run a fulls antivirus scan
2. Disable antivirus
3. Ask for individual files for download.

Keep you posted!

I think the guru buys his keyboards the same place I do...

Very advanced keyboards, make their own decisions about what should be written

If only my editors and proof readers could understand that!
