madbuild ignores the RemoveStale option?

I'm a little peeved right now. I have a project that has been translated into 7 different languages, and the projects are all ready to output. Each project has two targets (Web and PDF) in two destinations ("Dev" and "Live").

The issues I'm having:

• There's no "-destination=live" option in the command line, so it always builds to both the Dev and Live server, where that's either unwanted or unnecessary.
• In the Destination file, the "Remove Stale Files" option (RemoveStale="false" in the xml) is ignored when buildling, so if I build my PDF first it's deleted when the Web is output, and vice-versa (both are output in the same folder).
• There doesn't seem to be any log generated, so I can't know what's happening, what errors occur, etc.

Can anyone help end this frustration that's building in me right now where 7 projects are failing to output properly?

Hmn. Nevermind, I just realized that in the project I had checked, the "Remove Stale files" WAS checked, whereas in the others it wasn't. It just happens that I only looked at that one.
