Feedback Server v3 - 'Index was out of Range' error

Post by jamesw »

Hi all
I installed Feedback Server v3 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit machine. After that I clicked Test in the 3 sections in Feedback Server Admin and they all worked. However something has changed and now when I click Test in the WebPage section (and the SMTP section) I get an 'Index was out of range' error (details attached), and I can't leave comments any more. Previously I was able to leave comments.
Has anyone come across this or anything like it, or maybe you can think of some things that are worth checking?
Any ideas appreciated.

We have discovered a solution to this problem. The steps for IIS 7.5 are:
1. Start IIS
2. On Default Web Site, right-click and choose Edit Bindings.
3. Add a binding for http, all unassigned IP addresses, port 80
4. Restart the default web site.
5. Open Feedback Server Admin and click Test for the web site again.

(We already had an https binding on the Web site.)
