HI All,

It is a bit weird but i am not able to see field level help contents generated for my project in the published environment. The output generated is a webhelp mobile output. I see blank IE window instead of my webhelp. Kindly suggest workarounds to fix this problem.

What are you opening in the output?

I know if you open the help Default.htm (you may use a different name) from the output folder, it'll then detect your browser and open Default.htm in either the Advanced or Basic folder.

If you're making a CSH call, note that the format you use is different to normal WebHelp; e.g.:
http://MyHelpSystem/<output file>?cshid=<ID>&searchQuery=<search string>&firstPick=<true/false>
