Main color of TOC text

I have successfully edited the color of TOC text on mouse over and after mouse over, but I can't seem to edit the color of the text that appears when the window first opens.

You mean the normal colour of TOC items?

Set that in the skin; edit Styles > TocEntry.

That was way too easy and now I'm embarrassed. I was making it too complicated for myself.
